Security & Privacy
Your Home. Your Information.
Your home is personal. The information you keep about it should be treated that way.
Your property record is private.
Capza does not sell the information you add to your property record. Your property information, documents, photos, reserve amounts, Property Memory content, and other private record data are not shared with outside parties, including advertising partners. Access is restricted through authenticated, permission-based systems only.
The questions people ask first
Short answers, in plain English.
Are my records secure?
Yes.
Capza is designed with safeguards intended to protect the records and history you choose to store, starting with secure access to your account.
Are my property details publicly available?
No.
Capza is not a public property profile, a searchable homeowner directory, or a public record of your property.
Is my property history private?
Yes.
Repairs, replacements, projects, documents, photos, and the rest of your property history stay inside your private Capza experience. They are not presented as public property information.
You decide what goes in
Capza is useful with a little information. Everything beyond that is up to you.
Do I need to upload sensitive documents?
No.
You can get real value from Capza with basic property information alone: the age of your roof, the type of heating, your water heater, your major systems, replacements you know about, and approximate timing.
Photos, receipts, warranties, invoices, manuals, and other records can add context. They are optional.
Do I control what I add?
Yes.
You choose what to enter and which records to upload. You decide what belongs in your record, when to add it, and how much detail is useful. Capza does not ask for exhaustive documentation.
Your record can grow over time. It only needs to include what is useful to you.
Private, not public
Capza is a private ownership record. It is a place to keep what you know about your own house.
Not a public profile
Keeping a record in Capza does not list, rank, or publish your property for other people to find.
Not a title system
Capza is not a legal title system. It does not establish, prove, or transfer ownership. It records what you know about the property.
Billing is separate
Subscription billing and your private property record are separate parts of the Capza experience.
Security without fairy tales
No system gets to say zero risk.
Can any online service promise zero risk?
No.
No responsible internet-connected service can promise absolute security, and Capza does not. What we can say is that Capza is designed with safeguards intended to protect the records and history homeowners choose to store.
Capza also works best with useful records, not exhaustive ones. More information is not automatically better.
You should feel in control
You choose
What goes into the record, and what stays out.
You set the pace
Start with one system. Add more when it becomes useful.
No chore
Your property history and documents should serve you, not become another job to keep up with.
